Starting October 2018, SHIFT SHOP will incorporate four brand-new workouts to take your “Shift” to a whole new level. You’ll start with two introductory "Quick Shift" workouts that help prep you for what’s ahead. Then you’ll still use the SHIFT SHOP breakthrough “ramp-up” method of increasing your daily workout by 10 minutes weekly, but this time you’ll replace two routines each week with “Proving Grounds” workouts designed to test your speed, strength, and agility against the clock. Not only can you lose weight and get strong, but you can also see real performance improvements. The new workouts will be available exclusively on Beachbody On Demand.
