The low-impact, high-intensity format means EVERYONE can do this workout. And I mean EVERYONE! From the novice newbie to the seasoned athlete. PiYo is not about who can run the most miles, lift the most weight or finish the race first. It IS about pushing yourself to do what YOU can do, with your own body weight, increasing flexibility, balance, and core strength.
