So if we are friends here on FB, you know we are a big-time Disney family. My first trip was at age 3, and I've lost count of how many times I've been since then. One of my most favorite parts about all those trips is that we ALWAYS find something new and different to do at Walt Disney World.
I often say to my friends that I don't know a lot about a lot...but I DO know a lot about three areas:
☑️fitness and health
Disney can be super overwhelming to a newbie and frankly, I'm too in love with all things Disney to let anyone go there and not have a magical time.
🌟Friends don't let friends miss the magic.🌟
So rather than focus on a fitness and health tip or transformation on Tuesdays, I'd love to share some of my Disney knowledge and experience with all of you on Tuesdays...and if you're planning a trip, hopefully these tips help you have an amazing time in the happiest place on earth!
Short list of what to bring the parks:
1. BLACK SHARPIE MARKER - both super FAT (Mickey needs a fat pen) and regular. These markers are necessities for autographs and general use.
2. A couple of plastic baggies. Myriad of uses. Snacks, ice, keep autograph books dry.
3. Sunscreen, especially stick. Easy to carry, easy to apply.
4. A snack that won't melt.
5. Patience, flexibility, and a heart open to the magic.
As much as I'd LOVE to be your resource for all things health, fitness, and nutrition...it would be cool to be your resource for other stuff too....Disney, parenting, inspiration, motivation.
Tell me...if you've been to Disney, what's a park essential for you?
