Several years ago a documentary called "Super Size Me" pointed out the risks of eating a diet filled with fast food and empty calories. The documentary maker was able to identify negative physical and emotional consequences with the diet that has become a habit for so many people. Despite what the movie so clearly showed, I'm here to tell you today that "super size" is not always bad.
Before you ask, yes, I am in my right mind. Consider this -- living your life focused on clean eating, physical fitness, and mental toughness can help you to:
Super size your energy
Super size your passion for living
Super size your role as an example to your children, family and friends
Super size your dreams!!!
