So if you follow me on Facebook, at all, you know I am for reals a morning person..._but even as a morning person, I didn't start working out EARLY morning until Insanity Max 30 came into my life. The combination of that amazing workout AND doing the workout at 5:30 am simply set me up for an amazingly productive positive day!!
It is CRAZY how much more productive I am throughout the day by getting in *my* own workout right off the bat in the morning. Starts the day with a WIN!!!
