Life change doesn't-and shouldn't- happen overnight. If you decide to go to the gym 3 hours a day, get 10 hours of sleep, give up sugar, and drink 3 gallons of water a day all at the same time, that's a guarantee for failure in ALL of it. 😏 TOO MUCH.
Instead, think little by little. Small changes. Consistency.
