Put down the clock and pick up the rock -- or the bluegrass or the hip hop. Whatever music makes you move is the music that should be with you at every workout.
If you're not sure where to start, check out Shape Magazine's April 2015 exercise playlist, as voted on at RunHundred.com. The monthly Top 10 workout songs list even tells you how many beats per minute each song is and is arranged in order of warm up to cool down.
And if you've got a favorite workout song, you can suggest it at RunHundred.com and other users can vote on your selection. Personally, I don't believe a Top 10 workout songs list is complete without at least one Justin Timberlake tune. A little "Sexy Back" anyone?
