This weekend I held my last PiYo certification of the year. As a Beachbody Master Trainer, having the opportunity to train folks in this incredible format so they too can share it with others in such an honor.
There is something about PiYo that people are really connecting to -- maybe it's the low-impact format -- maybe it's the strength they gain without ever lifting a weight -- maybe it is the calmness they feel when they are on the mat.
