Fitness is my jam. I legit love working out, love teaching classes, love pressing play in my basement. Fitness is never a 'have to" for me...definitely a "get to" in my life.
I also know nutrition is EVERYthing.
BUT...I don't love cooking. Or thinking about cooking. Scroll down my page and find the last time I posted a recipe, or a picture of my meal prep (unless it's travel)...go ahead...I'll give you a minute. :) Probably going to take awhile...because I don't post a lot about nutrition. Even though I know it's the key to EVERYTHING. Thinking about food is NOT my jam. :)
Hey, we're a busy family. Our 3 daughters have a ton of rehearsals, practices, recitals, concerts, shows, and travel with all that. My husband has practices, games, recruiting, and travel with all of that. I have travel with my work as well. So we are ON THE MOVE most of the time. I bet YOU are too with your family activities.
That means as much as I don't love cooking, I have embraced PLANNING. One of the biggest keys to success in ANYthing is PLANNING. So even if I don't love cooking, I DO love success and results and feeling GOOD and reaching my goals. That means PLANNING.
Meet my containers. They don't require me to cook. They just help me plan. Coordinate the color with the appropriate food, fill 'em up, go. Seriously. Could it get more simple than that? I don't think so.
Thinking about fitness = fun for me.
Thinking about food = not as much.
Having the containers in my life = a simple plan for results.
