School's (almost) out for summer! So that means it's time to mix up the class schedule a bit!
Beginning MAY 28th - I'm moving up my PiYo class at Yoga Monkey + Fitness to 6:30 a.m. throughout the summer. PiYo is the perfect addition to ANYONE's workout routine as it is a high-intensity, low-impact full body workout which offers a new kind of strong! Starting June 2 my class schedule at the Fishers YMCA will also get spiced up a bit including a NEW WORKOUT WEDNESDAY option at the Fishers outdoor amphitheater! (Stay tuned for more info!)
