Since it IS busy, it can be easy to let fitness slide...I encourage you to keep it at the top of your list. Getting your workout in will make EVERYTHING you do the rest of the day so much better. After our workouts, I am FOR SURE a better mom, a better wife, a better coach, a better trainer, a better person. The mental benefits of working out can exceed the physical benefits. It's during busy times that we need those mental benefits the most!
I teach several LIVE classes - join me for one of those...if that doesn't work in your schedule, do an early or evening class...if that doesn't work in your schedule, do your home workout (Hello, PiYo!)....if that doesn't work, take a walk, run, or bike ride. The key is to do something that elevates your heart rate, makes you break a sweat, and clears your mind. We should ALWAYS feel better after our workouts!
