Happy Monday and happy FIRST MONDAY in August!! Fun fact courtesy of my daughter: did you know that this August has 5 Fridays, 5 Saturdays, and 5 Sundays?? First time that's happened in 800+ years!!
So it's a busy time of year...back to school is near and all the activities that go along with it. I will never understand why we start SO early in Indiana - but I digress.
I teach several LIVE classes - join me for one of those...if that doesn't work in your schedule, do an early or evening class...if that doesn't work in your schedule, do your home workout (Hello, PiYo!)....if that doesn't work, take a walk, run, or bike ride. The key is to do something that elevates your heart rate, makes you break a sweat, and clears your mind. We should ALWAYS feel better after our workouts!
