We are heading into week 3 of my Fierce Fit LIFT & HIIT group - it is crazy how fast the time is going and our tribe is already seeing great results.
I recently had a chance to chat about the new weight lifting and HIIT at-home workout program, LIIFT4 on FOX59. How is LIIFT4 different from other programs?
What if someone doesn’t have weights, can they still do this program?
Yes! All workouts from Beachbody include a “modifier” for each workout -- but LIIFT4 actually includes a ‘BANDIFIER’ so even if you don’t have weights, or maybe you’re travelling and don’t have access to your weights, you can use a resistance band and still get a great workout.
