People say all the time to me (especially this time of year) "I want to lose weight!" or "I've got to do something about this weight I've put on!" or "I could never do what YOU do" (as if I'm some Olympic athlete???) There are a several pieces we need in place to create success, whether it's weight loss or something else. A plan and a tribe are 2 of those pieces. But the most important piece?? The most important piece is ACTION. Hey, we're humans. It's a lot easier to talk about something than it is to actually DO it. But if we are expending energy on talking ABOUT something, why don't we just expend that energy on DOING that something?
