Thankful to share my passion for fitness with the WTHR HEALTH & FITNESS EXPO this weekend. The kind folks at WTHR have been gracious enough to invite me to rock the main stage for 5 years now and every year I love it!
It's my goal every year to help at least 1 person see that fitness is do-able, that they can make it happen, that they are worth it, and that it's so much bigger than 'just a workout'. It's not about weight loss or fitting into a pair of shorts....it's about finding our FIERCE and truly living life. It's not just exercise....it's LIFE.

Press play. Go for a run. Take a class. And in that time, whether it's 30 minutes, 60 minutes or 10 minutes, give it 100%. Commit to it. Go all in. Create a small win this morning. Then see if it changes how you navigate the rest of the day. You in?

My #fiercefemales -and one #fiercefella!- who've joined my April fit group all have different stories, are all in different places on their journey....yet have more in common than they know. They will discover just how much we ALL have in common as we sweat together over the next 30 or so days. And that is true about ALL of us. We all face many of the same challenges and struggles...why try to handle it all on our own? Walking through life - walking our health and fitness journey - is WAY better with a TRIBE.
