What does it mean to *TRANSFORM*?? Is it only about what happens on the outside...the physical? I don’t think that’s where the best transformation happens.
Transformation happens when tears are mixed with sweat in a workout.
Transformation happens when you go to bed already you’re looking forward to the next day’s workout.
**Transformation can and SHOULD happen in different ways, in different workouts.**
Each different program has new challenges, new opportunities to transform.
