I'm enjoying the fresh spring air after crushing Week 7 Day 1 Insanity Max30. I started with Yoga from the 3 Week Yoga Retreat before Max30 to get my head (and hamstrings!) in the right place and threw in some Core de Force practice after along with a bit of weight training.
