If you suffer from headaches post-workouts you're dehydrated. When you're dehydrated, your body pulls liquid from your blood in order to try and hydrate itself. In addition to headaches this can also lead to muscle cramps and if you're severely dehydrated, your body can start shutting down. Not good, so let's avoid that at all costs, cool?
