Dear Mastermind Group.....
This morning, you made me stay accountable, you supported me, and you inspired me. Most importantly, you reminded me why I love this business and our team so much. All by 7:30am.
You are probably familiar with this equation:
Exercise + healthy eating = weight loss.
But weight loss is not the only desirable outcome for someone who eats right and leads an active life. The new equation I'd like us all to embrace is this:
Exercise + healthy eating = A Better Life!
Maybe you are already at a healthy weight, but you feel tired. Or you are stressed out. Or your cholesterol is high and your libido is low. Those are all good reasons to make exercise and eating right a priority in your life.
