Another eating program, another cookbook. We all know the cycle. It’s tough to stick to the same program and not get bored of the same old same old. Then we buy a cookbook. Soon we find that it’s hard to measure the ingredients and know exactly how many calories, grams of fat, fiber and other nutrients we are eating. The food boredom kicks in yet again and the whole eating healthy thing goes down the drain. Sound familiar?

It's such a great program for EVERYONE! You don't have to worry about if you can dance or not -- I'm not a dancer, but you'd better bet I'll be shaking my groove thing with Shaun T! If you love to dance, it's perfect for you too -- I'm telling you, it is for everyone, regardless of your current fitness level.

It's tough to put into words how AMAZING and a bit surreal this weekend was in Indiana.
We've been working a long time to get Carl Daikeler and Tony Horton to Indiana. And with 850 in the room, we tried to show them how much we appreciated them coming to Indy.
This was big for us. This was big for every coach individually, this was big for every team in Indiana.
Pre-workout, Tony talked to crowd and shared his story. He gave us a fantastic workout, stayed for awhile to listen to Carl speak, then came down to our post-event party to just hang out.
That. Was. Awesome. That is a true testament to the kind of folks we have as our trainers at Beachbody. He didn't have to do that...but he wanted to...and I know Indiana loved every minute of it.
Carl shared from the heart and we soaked up every word. With both of them in Indy yesterday, it sort of felt like Indiana has arrived. BUT....make no mistake. We are JUST getting started.
We are on a mission and are not slowing down.
It's an amazing feeling to get goosebumps at a 'business meeting'...to be in a room filled with the coolest people on the planet....to come away from an event with your heart full and your purpose reaffirmed. So grateful every day - EVERY DAY - for this business and this company....and look out, Team Beachbody....INDIANA is on the map and we are ready to ROCK!
20,000+ Beachbody Coaches are about to converge in Nashville and it is going to be ah-mazing!

...on Thursday....send good vibes that while on stage with Shaun T in front of thousands (no joke...thousands...and probably live streamed too) I do not vomit or fall smile emoticon at least where anyone can see me
...on Friday....send good vibes that while speaking to more than 8000 Team Beachbody coaches, I share something articulate and hopefully inspiring...something that helps them see potential and possibility in themselves...something that connects with their heart
...and on Saturday....send good vibes to my husband for lasting 5 days in Nashville with me smile emoticon oh! and good vibes to me so when I walk across that ginormous stage on the Titians football field, I do not trip in front of 25,000+ people. Thank goodness we cannot wear spiky heels, only flats or wedges, because of the field!!
Whew!!! No need to send the vibes every day...maybe just pick and choose? :) Whatever day you think I need it the most!
