Hey MONDAY! Let's get up and make it happen! Back in the gym this morning, Disney style. Why? Because these 30 minutes make the rest of my day so much better. I bet they'd do the same for you!

Okay so maybe riding Rock & Roller Coaster at Disney isn't over-the-top hard...but it IS kind of scary, a bit of a risk, a bit of the unknown.
And sometimes when we take a risk that's sort of scary but pretty safe, we can take a bigger step,a risk, in our REAL life.
Everything counts. Every time we do something even just a little bit brave, we prove to ourselves that we CAN.
Whether it's a high speed roller coaster or something even scarier...we CAN do the hard stuff. And that's pretty cool.
