it's true, I travel frequently, and like so many parents, my days are busy. But whenever I can grab a quick moment, I love filling myself with inspiration and ideas to share with my family and my incredible challenge group!

Thoughts from NYC...
•I love to travel. I love to come back home.
•NYC is an incredible city full of energy, possibilities, art, music, life.
•Every time I see a Broadway show, I come away absolutely completely inspired.
•In fitness and in life, commit to the action. No empty movement.
•Hold myself accountable. No one turns the flywheel, ups the weight, drinks the shake, presses play for me, for us. We turn the flywheel. We find our strength. And it's always there.
•We cannot and should not wait for someone to tell us "what to do". We can figure it out. And that's so much cooler anyway.
•In fitness and in life, we have to search, discover, try, fail, explore, figure it out. We have to observe the people and experiences around us then just DO. Interesting how fitness and life are so intertwined isn't it?
•The UNcomfortable is just that until we take one step. One at a time. Then, that 'thing' that was holding us back becomes no big deal.
•Professional ballet dancers take class just like everybody else. Proving again that work ethic, heart and hustle are more valuable than simply talent.
•There's nobody else on earth I'd rather spend time with than my family...whether we're seeking out new adventures or hanging out in Indiana.

I'm enjoying the fresh spring air after crushing Week 7 Day 1 Insanity Max30. I started with Yoga from the 3 Week Yoga Retreat before Max30 to get my head (and hamstrings!) in the right place and threw in some Core de Force practice after along with a bit of weight training.

What if we got up every morning with this mindset? That we just don't have time to be timid, to wait for the 'perfect' moment, to wait until "we are ready".
What if, instead, we are bold? What if we are daring? Even if we don't "feel" it....what if we acted like we felt bold and daring?? I wonder if our lives would be different. More colorful. I wonder if we would dream bigger and go after those dreams.
What if we are bold and daring TODAY? TODAY is the perfect day to give it a go, yes? Try it. Be bold. Be daring. See what happens. And if your life changes, you can thank that candelabra. 💙💙💙
This weekend, I treated my team to a fierce weekend and Jericho McMatthews, co-creator of CORE DE FORCE was the headliner! She came, she saw, and she conquered Indy!
✅ Core de Force LIVE was amazing.
✅ Jericho's story as a new mom was amazing.
✅ Our coaches who SHOWED UP - even when it's hard, even when it's inconvenient- are amazing. We show up not to pay it back....we show up to pay it forward. And that's pretty amazing too.

Whenever I feel myself getting off track, I just look to my challenge group and this crew gets me back on the straight & narrow in a heartbeat.
Just normal folks, using each other for support and inspiration to live our healthiest lives.
Why? Because nobody has to walk this journey alone. Because rising tides lift all ships, in fitness and in life. Because fitness and health is a whole lot more fun with friends. Because challenge groups work.
