"The biggest difference between these pictures is something you can't see.
There was a change in my mind.
I finally decided that I was done with my excuses," Angie said.
Once she decided it was HER time, she took off and hasn't looked back.
"I distinctly remember the ah-ha moment while I was talking to Julie. She said, 'If you want to see change, you have to be consistent. You don't have to spend 2 hours in the gym each day, but you have to be consistent. You have to do something every day.' It was at that point when I realized I could do that. So I just started moving more. I started making one better choice each day. More water, one more serving of veggies, etc. Since then I've adopted a personal mantra: Consistency = Change'.
I lost 20 pounds, but more importantly have gained an incredible amount of health and confidence.
I'm so grateful that my path crossed with Julie's, because of her support and belief in me, I'm now able to pay that forward as a coach and help others start their journey too!
