When it comes to making time for fitness, I've heard about every excuse in the book. No, really. EVERY.SINGLE.ONE.
And here's what I think. Zip it. Truly, there is NO reason why everyone can't do SOMETHING each and every day. Some kind of movement, in some way, every day.
30 minutes, that's all you need! 30 minutes to be healthier, less stressed, a better spouse, a better parent, just a better person.
Something to think about...how much time do you spend scrolling through your Facebook feed? Fact--> Americans spend 16 minutes EVERY HOUR on social media sites So what does mean? It means there IS time to move every day.
I love a 30 minute workout option. So much easier to wrap our heads around 30 minutes!! In my teaching schedule, I offer two 30-minute workout options each week at the Fishers YMCA - PiYo Express is 30 minutes of stretch, strength and sweat. Then is a rockin' 30 minute Insanity class.
